  2. This app was written for Multi Line Edit Control bug fixing in Windows 3.0 &
  3. Windows 3.0a. This error occuires in MLEC with scroll bars.

  6. For fixing bug you must add 'patchedt.exe' in your 'load=' line in 'win.ini'.
